Perhaps there is some sort of way to make this more ergonomic and less likely to slide around on my ankle, but it provides the desired dead-weight as promised. I haven't used it all that much, but the velcro adhesion doesn't seem to be deteriorating. I use this on my graveyard shift, where I can perform one-legged leg extensions, by sitting on a table, and the hamstring focused, one-legged leg curls from a standing position.

I got the 20# weights. A little pricey but I needed something heavy for my leg weights. There are perfect.

I purchased the 20 lb one for ankles. Does not wrap around all the way, and slid down my calf when trying to do donkey kicks. One short strap for this very large weight is ridiculous. If wanting to use for floor work do not purchase this one!

mine is 20lbs. it does not stay put. maybe it is a good product for lighter versions (this would explain the good reviews) but for a 20lbs it is just garbage. buy it for never ever being able to use it in any way conceivable. frustrating.
