GARYOB Foot Bath Herb 30Bags

I love these! My acupuncturist got me into soaking my feet with a similar product but hers costs is almost 10× cost for a 1/4 of the product. It helps my RLS to insomnia. I try to soak 3-4x a week before bed or before an acupuncture or massage treatment. These big bags actually make 2 foot baths since I don't have one that goes up to my knees. Recently got my husband into doing these soaks and it helps him 2. We are both disabled with chronic, debilitating conditions etc. So to find something that helps is always a blessing.

I don't really feel a difference when using it. It does smell nice. The bags are huge so if you want to put them in the little medicine tray inside your foot bath it won't fit.

I used for feet. I have only used for a few weeks. The smell takes a little getting use too.

Seems to be great quality herbs. Easy to use. I use a large pot and usually need 30 mins to bring water to boil and stay boiled for 10 minutes. Need to squeeze the bag a few times while boiling for maximum release of the herbs.
