Excellent case to store all my important documents and photos. I wish Pelican makes this case with a keyed or combination lock just like brief cases.

Unbeatable Ruggedness
I've had lots of experience with Pelican cases in the field and know they can't be beat for reliable waterproof protection and ruggedness. I bought this case to mount on the rear rack of my dual-sport motorcycle, as way to safely carry my digital SLR camera gear or a laptop computer on the bike. The case is perfect. Lockable and watertight, as well as aesthetically pleasing. I will be buying two more larger ones to mount as side panniers as well.

You can't beat a Pelican Case.
This case is built to protect my expensive camera equipment and it looks like it will do that job. I have a Pelican case for some sensitive telescope stuff and it does the job.

No foam
Doesn't come with foam padding... if you want to store surveyor's gear, you got to buy foam from some other place.

Good product...
Unfortunately, I tested the water-tight qualities of this product on a chilly creek in Alaska, when I happened to have my camera in my pocket. Camera was toast but everything in the Pelican case dry Asa bone!

This is a wonderful product. I use it at trade shows because it is very sturdy and convenient. I was so pleased with this product from this vendor I bought more.
