Yes it works, but if you have high blood pressure proceed with caution. My blood pressure was elevated at my doctors office. It was 190/99 heart rate 124. My doctor told me to stop taking it immediately. This amino acid could elevate blood pressure in some people.

I started taking this to support my thyroid function. I was pleased with the energy level that I noticed increasing and the all around better well being.
