Love this fan. I am always hot. Last year on a cruise, I was fanning myself, someone felt sorry for me and gave me their battery operated necklace fan. I used it until the battery died and never remembered to buy batteries for it. While looking for a new fan, I came across this one. I charged it and let it run for 6+ hours before it died. It was constant and I was changing up the speed. I’ve read people don’t like that it doesn’t have an adjustable strap, I agree with that and added a picture to show my own makeshift adjust. The black ponytail holder slides up and down.

I originally purchased this fan about a year ago for my husband, who flies a lot and gets really hot on airplanes. He travels overseas regularly as well. To this day, he is still thanking me for this fan. So I bought myself one, too. And now I'm getting ready to purchase a couple more for my friends. :)PROS:- lightweight- powerful - this thing isn’t wimpy- Quiet - even on highest setting. Rather impressive, actually.- long battery life - it lasts for 10+ hours- Adjustable - this is great when you're using on your desk or on an airplane tray table- Strap is comfortable - if you decide to wear yours- Price - I think this a great price for a good fan like this- Rubberized feet. Great when there's turbulence!CONS:- Doesn't come with storage bag - really, this isn't a con. Just that I like keeping mine in a bag so the charger and strap are always with the fan.

This is my best buy for 2019. I bought 6! Fabulous personal fans and hold their charge forever. I had cancer (good outcome) and as a result have continuing hot flashes. You can dismiss these as inconsequential, but for me, they are a continuing quality of life changer and not in a good way. These fans ward off the flashes and I keep them throughout the house and one in each of our cars. These fans are quality of life changers in an excellent way. Came soon and great seller!

I bought this game for my husband, but I used it this weekend at the county fair, and I must have one of my own! It was comfortable to wear and ran for hours.Things I would improve: the holes that the lanyard clips to are really small and I feel like they will be a weak point. I plan to add some key rings to give more flexibility at the joint.An adjustable lanyard would help. I prefer it a bit shorter so it doesn't swing around so much.

This little fan is pretty powerful for only being the size of a donut. It has three speeds. I use the high speed the most. I've had it more than a month and only charged it twice. It's so effective for my hot flashes, night sweats and rosacea flushing that I don't have to use it for more than a few minutes at a time. I don't use it as a necklace. The lanyard and clips it comes with aren't designed that well, so after one attempt I didn't try to attach it again.It takes a few hours to fully charge so I've just done it overnight. The price is reasonable and the fan is so effective, it paid for itself the first time I used it. Very pleased with my purchase.Edit to add:after 10 months the battery stopped working and there's no way to replace it so I bought another one three weeks ago. This one is acting up already. I'll have to try another company's fan. Very disappointed because when it works, it's amazing.

I am really impressed at the quality and the speed of this little fan. It's easy to wear while I'm working around the house, It's also quiet enough to take to work for my desk. It's even quite enough to sleep with, so I won't be turning on my electric fan anymore and can save electricity at night. Pennies a month to charge is a lot better than dollars per month with an electric fan. I'm thinking of purchasing a few more so that people who visit me will have a way to keep cool while they're in my house...assuming I can entice them to come to my house again on hot days. LOL

Menopause beware. I bought one of these little fans out and it was like a beacon to women everywhere. The Question was, “what is that?” I showed others and they wanted one as well. I know lots of women are going through the changE and with summer coming. I’ve dropped mine a lot of times and it still works. Oh and you can place it anywhere and it’s discreet. You’ll feel fabulous!

Omg! This fan is the most amazing thing I’ve ever purchased! I got this to take along for a trip to Disney since it’s the summer and of course here in Florida it gets HOT!!! This was a life saver!!! And it lasted ALL DAY! It has 3 powers and omg, can this fan blow hard! I recommend this to anyone! Amazing little fan!

Fantastic little fan, far exceeded my expectations. I bought it on a bit of a whim during a spell of good weather and I'm delighted I did! Perfect for holidays or the occasional sunny spell. Three speeds, the highest being surprisingly powerful (and a little loud). I'll be using it for an upcoming holiday. I also tend to get quite hot in stuffy cinemas, and I could definitely bring this with me and use it on the low setting.A few slight downsides (not worth knocking a star off):They inconsistently state how long the battery lasts - in some places, they say 6-18 hours depending on speed setting, other times it's 9-15 hoursThe small LED light is supposed to flash when charging and stay on when full, but on mine, the light just always stays on, so I never know when the battery is full.The neck strap isn't adjustable, and I feel it's a little long. I'd also prefer it in black rather than the silvery grey it comes in.

Product is great powerful fan, quiet, but the hooks on it so can bclipbe hung around neck are weak, one broke in first week, I’m not even sure when it happened. I’m not rough. Now very difficult to have around neck as lopsided. But the fan itself would be 5 stars. But whole reason to buy this was to be hands free I’m disabled and can’t use my hands. I have trouble controlling my temperature so would use this even in winter. It’s definitely power compared to others I’ve bought. I like having a choice of 3 levels of cool air. Just pity about the weak joint for clipping into. I would recommend but would also recommend extra extreme care, even going in and out of bag that ribbon bit doesn’t pull it and break that bit.

We used four of these fans in France during their recent exceptionally high temperatures. These are very well made with a robust hinge and clip mechanism to allow angling of the fan head. As such they sit well on a table (pointing in a chosen direction) or hanging from the included lanyard (pointing upwards at your face). The three power levels are great with a noticeable increase in breeze from all levels.We were astounded by the battery life. You expect a little hyperbole in the descriptions on the site but the family used the fans from ~08:00 to ~22:00 each day turned on 90% of the time and of those hours, a fair number on the highest level setting. The batteries remained powered and working the entire day and charged within a few hours in the nights to full load via the micro-USB socket on the side (we powered them from Apple sockets, high-performance charging plugs (Ravpower), general international sockets and from a powerbank (all worked perfectly).We experienced very high temperatures on this trip and family members affected by heat were crediting their ability to continue to operate to the fans. A number of others in the area had hand held units but I suggest that this lanyard version and the smaller format of these devices is far superior - hands-free and wearable all day.The cost is affordable and the value for money is the best. I strongly recommend these to anyone - just buy one and shove it in your travel bag with your power-bank - its a new travel standard item for me.

Since the menopause I just can't take the heat! And this fan is the ideal answer, it is powerful as both a stand alone fan or around my neck. The lanyard is nice and strong and the fan not too heavy, although it is robust.I am extremely pleased with this, especially during this heatwave.

But doesn't give off enough air for me. It will be fine for many people, but as someone whom is constantly overheating and/or sweating (fun and attractive, yes), it just isn't enough. However, because it's small enough to carry in my bag, I keep it for "back up" in case my better, bigger fan runs out. I can't simply wear this around my neck; it needs to be right under my chin or in my face to get any relief. As I've said, this is a specific ME problem; it should suffice for kids and people who aren't riding the Central Line in summer....
