I had the 2014 version but the 2020 is much better. The version is really nice but it's very hard to learn it. The manual is over 250 pages to read. It's worth it. It will do anything and everything you could possibly want to do. ProTool has more much more details, parametrics, FXs, and other such things but most people don't need all of that. Especially when you're buying huying it for $75 instead thousands and thousands. It even does video and photo editing too. It works really well but you need to clear your mind and forget about other DAW packages then study Magix Maker 2020 for a long while. It also comes with Sound Forge too (a lower version).I haven't had time to read the whole thing yet but if you want an ultimate DAW package this will do anything you want. I've heard blues bands using Magix Maker on CDs on the radio because I could recognize the Magix Sound Loop Sounds being used. It may be just a guitar player/singer and bass player only. You don't need keyboards, drums, horns, strings, background singers, guitar preamps, FXs, and more. Need unlimited tracks? You've go it. Unlimited mixing board during mastering? Youve got it. You need FXs, compressors, or limiters, during the mixing down? You can use them on every track. It's crazy what all it can do. You've got a certain B3 simulator software module? Go ahead Magix Maker will use any of them. So I highly recommend this.

The beats and rifs included are pretty useless but you can pay for the good ones. The procure needs better instructions. I'm sure there is a way to incorporate things much easier than what I understand but it's not very intuitive so I'm still fumbling around and trying to make it do what I want.

This program has SUPER ANNOYING POP UP ADS Constantly taking up the lower right hand of your screen. This is crazy. You can check the web and confirm this . All in all this is a good program for recording music but I can’t stand the pop ups. I would never buy this again.

Been using MAGIX for production since 2007 and this is by far their best work. For the price point, can't beat it, pro tools who?. Lol great buy.

i bought this thinking i could make my own musicit came with barely anything to useand this stuff it came with was not worth the 80 bucks i spentdont buy this at all

I've been a long time user of MMM. I have hundreds of songs composed using MMM. I thought it was an amazing program. Simple and not involved with so many buttons and sliders and settings to mess with. I could focus more on the composition than the technology. I just wanted something to hook up one music keyboard and perhaps a Mic.In the past I have had very little problems. However, each time an update came up I had to update it. So any Music I had from 2014 no longer worked in the 2016 version. Windows updated their mess and my 2016 version had non stop issues that NO one could solve.I bought a new PC and installed the 2020 version. My sound is choppy and crackly and the program freezes or crashes as it did with the 2016 version. I have been over and over with changing settings. I've been talking with HP, emailed Magix again and again but so far, no results!I am stuck unable to complete any music project and Finding another DAW would be difficult, it would mean losing everything I've done with Magix from 2013! This is not only frustrating but it's ridiculous that no one has found a solution. The sound driver Magix uses is OLD and obsolete and no one has bothered to update it to the new windows 10 format. It's useless! Having a new computer and updating MMM to the 2020 version should have been magic! I should be spending the time I have right now composing music instead of writing this review! There is no reason for this at all! if you sell a product and you are making money...then you should make sure the product works!

Really good especially for the price. Intuitive if you're familiar with logic. Lots of good buys available on the online store
