A good product. However, I have observed a few important shortcomings. (i) one tray does not have hole (ii) the red caps for the legs are difficult to fit, (iii) the trays have sharp edges. While fitting, one has to be very careful to prevent an injury. I could assemble it in 1 hour.

Waste of money. Low design
Several times hands has been tear/ cuts when cup or dishes kept on/ out from racks. Frame is made by plated angles. In the market i have purchased with steel square bar frame with cheap price and no problems. But this Amazon thing poor quality and high price.DON'T PURCHASE THIS UNLESS FRAME IS WITH STEEL SQUARE BAR. ALSO NO FITTINGS GUIDE IN THE PACKET FOR THIS.

Overall a good product even though the price is high. Assembly takes time & you maybe slightly injured if not careful during assembly. After that all is well. Strong, shiny, rust free & lives up to expectations.

This product has only cons.1. Very Expensive2. Assembly is very difficult.3. Edges are very sharp. My leg and hands got bled during assembly of product.4. No assembly instructions are available with product.Conclusion - Don't buy.
