Easy to use! I have anemia and malabsorption issues so I boil water with one fish in it every day, then put the water in the fridge overnight and drink it to add some extra iron to my diet. You can taste the iron but I weirdly like and crave the taste now. I use in addition to iron supplements and infusions so not sure how much improvement can be attributed just to the fish but it’s a simple way to get the boost I need!

When added to boiling water, it doesn't add a weird flavor. It helped with my anemia.Definitely clean and let it dry after to prevent rust or any weird growths.

Not sure if these work. I won’t know until my next blood test but i will try anything to bring up my iron. Easy to use. Infused water is what I do. No after taste. No side effects. Unlike iron supplements.

These work like a charm! They give you just enough of a boost for you to feel a difference. No nasty side effects and all the benefits of no longer being anemic. Make sure you dry after each use to prevent rusting. I got some oil to help prevent rust and keep the fish in peak condition. It’s been a great addition!
