8 Watch with Black Leather Band

EDIT REVIEW:I'd be hesitant to purchase this watch. We though the battery had to be replaced since the settings malfunctioned (very shortly after purchase might I add) but the battery wasn't dead at all- the battery tester (by a professional) was almost full life! So I can only assume to conclude that the watch is defective. My husband claims the same happened with his other VibraLite watch and that even though the battery showed it had full life power, it still helped to change it. I personally would not buy a watch whose battery had to be replaced for $10 so often.. especially since it makes no sense since the battery is NOT dead!___________________________We love this watch, however unfortunately the REASON we bought it- for its vibrating feature- isn't the greatest. Perhaps because it's such a heavy watch, the vibration is not s strong as some of the other VibraLite watches. We got this one because it had a more formal look to it- but it's useless to us if not for the vibrating function. Basically, it works, just with a light-ish vibration, so it might not wake you up. And for some reason when we go to set the alarms with the vibration option, the screen gets all messed up (illegible) and the back light gets stuck on (won't turn off). We were considering just replacing the battery, but we just got it a few months ago and the rest of the watch works- when we go to set the alarm with sound it doesn't get messed up. No idea if ours is defective or if the watch as a whole is.

It is a little bigger and heavier than I expected and vibrations are not as strong as I would like. It works to remind me to put in my eye drops.

I have been a grateful user of Vibralite watches for more than ten years. The stainless steel Vibralite Eight is the best model yet. Originally, I used the vibrating alarm when flying aircraft to alert me in a high noise enironment. Now, with seriously impaired hearing, I use the vibra alarm system to manage medication. I take eye drops six time per day, and am able to set alarms for each of the six times, plus have two more alarm options for wake up and other uses. The stanless steel case prevents deterioration of the case from body oils or lotions. I couldn't get along without it.

i will try to change battery but it doesnt make sense. it is good when it works. a little heavy but nice. unfortunetely stop working.

The watch is good looking but more importantly, it is just what we were looking for. It was purchased for it's vibration feature and is used to remind the wearer of when to take medication. It's especially helpful to those who are hearing impaired and can not hear an alarm.I would recommend this for anyone who needs a reminder of when to take their medication and for those that are hearing impaired. It looks like a man's watch. I don't think I would recommend this for a woman.

Broke fast

Once I figured out how to set 8 alarms for 15 minutes before the hour it was great. Another bonus was the fact that the watch also vibrates every hour on the hour. I searched high and low for a quality vibrating alarm and read other reviews. It is worth the money. By the way ladies, the man who previously left the comment that this is not a woman's watch is not entirely accurate. You can wear this with a dress or casual clothes.
