You need a rx and tx with an sbuss out signal wire to use this fc
It looks like a reciever but it is a flight controller. It adds 5 modes to your model . Fertile mode will help your model fly vertically as if it was a helicopter using rudder to lean to fly left and right , and elevator to lean and fly forward and back , and extended ailerons to yaw clockwise and counter clockwise . . An s bus reciever and a multiprotocol transmitter will output an sbus signal you connect to this flight controller , then it translates and sends signals to servo motors to operate model airplane control surfaces and an esc to throttle the electric motor . Very exciting and fun to try these features out . It's other functions are to sense the attitude of the model that it is mounted in and when hands off the controls the sticks andbthey spring to the center position the flight controller will use the elevator and aileron and gyro sensors to keep the model level . You can still control the plane but when you let go the sticks it maintains level flight like a robot autopilot. That is my understanding .You will need an sbus radio reciever and a matching transmitter . YouTube has lots of videos to help you understand .

Simply the best!
This is the best flight controller made. . Bar none! The first plane I ever purchased was the little 3-D radiolink plane that had that flight controller on it with a small TS8 transmiter, it looks like a PlayStation 4 controller. That was over five years ago . After the little plane wouldn’t fly anymore I reused the receiver flight, controller and transmitter I have used on literally dozens of planes. One plane got snagged hi in tree for a month or so when I finally got it down I put the receiver and the flight controller and a box of rice for two days got it out and it still works to this day. Excellent product I put in all my planes.

Great, but...
Great price but sometimes the settings reverse by themselves, which is not confidence building.

Initial setup looks good
Installed in a small electric bipe, stabilization looks good, along with the toggle switch options

Doesn't work....will not calibrate UPDATE!
Installed in plane and it will not calibrate. Tried two different receivers and S-BUS and PPM. Had it too long to return so I will have to eat it . Emailed radiolink by I haven't gotten any response. Due to a Chinese Holiday customer service took awhile to respond. They took care of the problem and sent me a new gyro. 100 satisfied now!

Best bang for the buck for gyros.
This is one of the best gyros out there for a no fuss setup. Be smarter than the equipment. Flown on the freewing F-35 70mm and the FMS Skytrainer 182 1400mm. Again, this gyro is VERY good and keeping your plane from crashing. If you crash with this gyro, it's you.

This is awesome
No doubt the best flight controller available.Better than safe and reflex systems.
