On second use, I accidentally knocked the bottle off the counter and fell into my sink. The stopper cap broke immediately from a 1 foot drop. When it fell, the stopper cracked at the point where the top part of the stopper is held by two plastic clips. I've had other bottles over the years that fell multiple times from much higher points. There's been dings and scratches but never had one where the cap broke. I also found the stopper difficult to grip and the hole is too narrow for me to attach the stopper to a standard carabiner clip.A replacement stopper was unavailable on Amazon. I then went onto the Monbento website and found that replacement stoppers were sold out. After some research, it seems that the replacement stoppers are frequently unavailable. I'm not surprised given how fragile the stopper is. Luckily, Amazon allowed me to exchange the bottle for a new one.Overall, it is a nice bottle but the stopper is a weak point. If I had to do it again, I would not buy this product due to the poorly designed stopper. Once the stopper is back in stock on the Monbento website, I may purchase a few of them to have on hand in case I accidentally drop the bottle again. But it irks me that I would have to do that.

Cette bouteille isotherme est la meilleure que j'ai expérimenté dans ma vie. Elle conserve aussi bien le froid en gardant des glaçons tout le long de la journée un beau jour d'été, que les boissons chaudes (thés, café, etc ...) préparée le matin pour être dégusté le soir ou préparé le soir pour le lendemain matin. Cette bouteille, même si le contenu n'est que d'un demi litre, a une "autonomie" de conservation juste magnifique. Si vous préparez votre boisson brûlante le matin, elle est encore très chaude au point de se brûler si on boit à la bouteille jusqu'au midi. Je la recommande plus que n'importe quel autre bouteille isotherme par rapport à mon expérience.
