Worked for my knees too.
I got this for my elbows to help with the pain when lifting 50# boxes. However, I can't seem to get it adjusted right for my elbows, it keeps sliding out of place, probably the operator, not the product.I had knee surgery last year and I am plagued with on/off pain from the OA and knee sleeves slide down off my knee. "Bright idea", try the elbow brace band on knee. It works like a charm. It being narrow, it stays in place and helps my knee tremendously. Now my knee does not feel like it is going to "give out" on me.I may not be using it for it's intended use, but my knee and I love it.The bottle koozie is great at keeping my water cold without having to lug an ice chest around with me and the bag is nice for keeping everything together, when not in use.I would recommend this set to anyone. Tennis Elbow doesn't sound like much but trust me, it is VERY painful! This Tennis Elbow Brace with Compression Pad definitely helps take the edge off!I have been dealing with "Tennis Elbow" for about a year now and I have tried several different braces and compression sleeves to help deal with the pain. Most of them have been okay but pretty uncomfortable to wear. I think this one has a more substantial Compression Pad which really seems to help.This set comes with 2 elbow pads, thankfully I only have Tennis Elbow in one elbow so I can leave one at work and one at home, which is nice. It also comes with a handy bag to carry everything in since there is also a bottle sleeve as well. The bag and sleeve are totally unnecessary but a nice bonus!The Elbow Braces are totally adjustable and easy to fit to your size. I am also not associated with the seller in any way.I have been having issues with tennis elbow for quite some time now. I purchased this product and received it about 2 days later. I have been wearing this product almost 24 hours a day since Friday, June 10th, 2016 and it has helped me tremendously. I work in a liquor store where I must lift heavy cases onto shelves and ring 6 packs and 12 packs. This product has helped relieve my elbow problems. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has an issue with tennis elbow, tendinitis, etc. Thank you!!!
