Awesome machine-Should have bought it sooner
This is the best steamer I ever had and this is my 5th steamer and my last. It is extremely well made. My tile is as clean as can be. I tested it by using a paper towel to see if it left any dirt after I cleaned my tile. It did not. No streaking at all. I have some textured tile than is finally clean. I used to have to clean it by hand with the scrubby part of the sponge on my hands and knees. The water reservoir is large enough for me to do 400sq ft. I just wish it would fit under my cabinets. And I wish I had bought the steamer package so I could steam clean everything. I wish I had bought it sooner. I've had it since July 2024 so I have used it alot and can tell i will have it for years and years. Super solid machine and the steam is HOT.

This steam mop is fantastic!!! I own a commercial cleaning business and I bought this for use in my business and it has done great!!! Absolutely would recommend this to anyone who wants cleaner floors! I love the attachment where you can refresh your carpet with steam definitely would recommend this product

Nice, hot steam mop.
I do love how quickly this mop heats up, it feels sturdy and cleans really well. The only con is that its a little too bulky to easily clean under the cabinets, couch, etc. It does get extremely hot, so I know it's sanitizing the floor. I just wish it were a little slimmer to clean under furniture. It also holds enough water to steam the whole house without refilling it.Overall, I still recommend it.

Do not recommend
I never got this product to work right for me. It scratches its way across the floor and does very little actual cleaning. By the time I got help with it, to confirm this was not doing any cleaning, my return window closed. I do not recommend.

A true hot steamer
Nice HOT steam that really comes out to clean floors; works very well. Very easy to push. Like that it comes with the water bottle specify made for the steamer so it never gets over filled. Red and green lights inform when it’s ready to use or is out of water. Definitely worth the money. I do wish the cord were a bit longer.
