These are great. Much better than the straps provided with the leg bags.I use the M size on my calf, measures 15 inches.I am ordering the L for my thigh, which measures 19 inches.Someone noted that premium (read expensive )leg bags don't need these. Not so. I use Hollister or Rochester bags and they, too have the dinky leg straps.Edit: These arrived yesterday and I tried one on. As noted before, they run small. This L is a snug fit, but the bag pocket is ok, so they will be fine.
