Decided to try these for nighttime. Very salty. They work well, but not my favorite. I could taste them over any flavoring added to. I prefer powder to mix. Best night of sleep though.

This product was purchased in an attempt to remove pain from my hip joints, and to receive an overall holistically healthy beginning to a brand new lifestyle! I recommend this product 100%, with that being said a need to inform that the flavor is nasty so you must take it with juice or flavored water to kill the taste. I get cramps in my fingers, toes, legs and when I take it right away it works within 5 minutes, it’s fast acting on relieving cramps and very effective. Even with taking a magnesium tablet daily there is no comparison to this fast acting liquid form, a must have on hand for sudden cramps.

this supplement makes me sleep really heavily but the next day i feel like i took too much melatonin or benadryl and i only had like 3-5 drops and it says you need 80 throughout the day?! that drowsy, heavy, just all around tired as hec feeling..is it just me? ive had counterfit vitamins sent to me via amazon and am paranoid what if these drops are laced to "heighten" the effect? could me being that deficient of magnesium cause it to overload, or am i the opposite and dont need the supplement? confusing and scary

This stuff is the best magnesium you can buy, bar none. Helps with sleep, stress, mood, and athletic performance. I don’t write reviews often, but this is a great product and I am happy to support this company.
