Terrapin Ridge Farms Gourmet Spicy Chipotle Garnishing Sauce - Six 8.5 Ounce Squeeze Bottles

I have tried this Gourmet sauce on Chipotle Pizza with Chipotle refried beans as a base, and Beef in a Chipotle simmer sauce with this as a Garnish on top. It made a great Southwest Pizza!I also mixed Albacore with Chipotle Mayo, and used this as a Garnished on top, with excellent results as well. I would buy this again. I am pondering this next possibilities!

Esta salsa chipotle tiene un excelente balance entre el pique y el sabor ahumado. Además de usarlo con la comida mexicana, lo añado a sandwiches, papas fritas, wraps y hasta con los egg rolls.

I find it good for spicing up pizza mainly, would be good with mexican food as well imo. I think its definitely worth a try.

Love that smokey chipotle taste with a little kick but not overwhelming.I definitely want to try other flavors.My bf also says he really liked this sauce. So far I've only used it on chili I made.I'm interested in trying it out on other things as well

Pricy but we love it! Put it on anything from eggs, to pizza, to sandwiches & everything in between. Love that it’s not too spicy & fam members who don’t care for spice can use it, too. Delish!

Chipotle has always been a bit of a mixed bag for me. It's either been all smoke, or all pepper, but never a solid balance of both. Enter Terrapin Ridge. I first found a bottle of this at a big box discount retailer and decided to give it a go. Oh my goodness, this stuff is amazing! A touch of heat, a hint of smoke, it's the perfect combination to take a sandwich from "Not bad," to "What's your trick?!!?!" Take a couple slices of sourdough, butter them up and toss them on the griddle (butter side down). Add a weighty slice of sharp cheddar to once slice, grill until the bread is just starting to brown and the cheese is warm, but not melty. Add a heap of finely shaved turkey or chicken (bonus points if it's herb-roasted), add your Terrapin Ridge sauce, a little mustard, and a dash of pepper, assemble your halves into a sandwich and grill until rich, golden brown. Serve with a spicy dill and watch your friends and/or family look on in bewilderment as you trick them into believing you finally learned how to cook!You can turn regular ranch dressing into chipotle ranch with this stuff. It goes nicely on burgers, too.
