Sorry to say I was very disappointed. Didn’t do anything except cause a rash. Felt no increase in appetite nor gained an ounce.Broke out in a rash and since it’s the only new thing I’d put in my body, when I finished taking them the rash cleared up.I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has “hope” it’ll help with appetite or weight gain.Too bad they don’t refund this product or I sure would’ve ask for it. What a waste.Live and learn I guess.Not for me.

I don't like taking so many pills. Two pills 2 - 5 times a day is a bit much. I haven't been able to decide if it works or not. Unfortunately , I go all day without eating. When I do eat I don't see an increase of my appetite. I would think with 10 pills a day, I should be eating up everything in sight.
