REDGO Battery Pack + Charger Cable for Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Controller 2 Sets 3600mAh Black

Tried in 9 controllers, 2 different xbox 360's. Ring on controller flashes green, before and after charging 6 hours. Won't allow syncing even with cords. Both Batteries worthless. I also have 5 different chargers and the following morning after trying different chargers, still won't sync.12-13-2018Amazon offered free return and replacement. So I printed a prepaid label and sent out the bad ones. Received the replacements and charged the batteries. I put one in a controller and it had the same problem, wouldn't sync, just flashes the green ring on the controller. Tried the next battery and same thing. Did it in second controller, same thing. Third controller and it worked! Fourth controller-worked. Fifth controller- didn't work...after nine controllers only 4 out of 9 these batteries worked in. Happens to be 3 white and 1 black controller. All my controllers are Microsoft Xbox brand and it's possible that there are different versions released and the 4 controllers just happen to be either older or newer and that's why they work with these batteries. I upgraded to 2 stars for that and will upgrade if they stop charging in weeks/months.12-17-2018When I was testing these batteries to find out that these allowed the controllers to sync to the xbox, I wasn't actually using the controller past that. Well, I am here to tell you that the 4 controllers that these batteries worked in, that was only to power the controller and sync. Past that I could NOT use the thumbsticks or Dpad. Sure the batteries charged, synced to the xbox, BUT without thumbsticks, that seems very useless! Don't buy these, seriously. Amazon is great on free returns here, but how many times will I do this?

Don’t work, doesn’t hold charge. No printer or ride when was snowed in, so still got it collecting dust

Very good deal for the price, my only downside is that the charger does not actually charge the batteries or charger whiile it is plugged in. We ended up leaving the cords plugged in to save on batteries.

Broke the 1st week. Bought the warranty but no one ever responds to do anything about it

One battery wouldn’t hold a charge and causes errors every times it’s used and the other worked for about 39 days and now won’t hold a charge for more then 30 min.

Batteries do not fully charge. Cords do not connect to the controller properly. Had to go out and buy a completely brand new set from Best Buy.
