So far, so good. The gelatin capsules are easy for me to swallow (2 w/water), but they’re not tiny. Likely, close to 1/2 inch long and about as thick as a regular No. 2 yellow pencil. If you have problems swallowing pills, these may not be for you. But the benefits of the ingredients far outweigh the “gag reflex”. I’m very satisfied, so far.

I made this purchase before I checked out what the effects of this product causes. I don’t think I will be using it. I’m 75 and just don’t want to experience the effects. I’m sure it’s a great product. The seller was great to order from.

I've been taking this pills now for three days. After the first day I've been becoming nauseous after a couple hours of ingesting the recommend dose of two pills. I have to say I hope the nausea goes away because if it continues I will have to stop taking it all together. It's a shame because I like the combination of all the different vitamins in one.
