The Ecovacs T10 OMNI Robot Vacuum Cleaner is great. It cleans deeply and empties itself, saving you a lot of time. It sweeps and mops floors really well. It also moves smartly, avoiding obstacles. The app has small bugs here and there but nothing that hinders it's daily usage. There is nothing in the same price range from other companies, so go for it.

Waste of money, No warranty. It stopped working after 2 months only

I love this vacuum! It has been a time saver in cleaning and has been a great help around the house. It does a fantastic job. Highly recommend it!

I really like the product overall, however I don’t believe it’s as good as the Eufy equivalent despite other reviews. The robot is too tall and will no longer travel under the majority of my furniture which the Eufy has no problem with also it lacks a remote ability meaning I have to clean the entire room just to clean a small area I require. Also the robot will not climb over thresholds to the kitchen with the mopping pads attached where the Eufy would retract the mopping pads and bounce over the lip without issue. The good points are: it has 2 side brushes and an external Hoover bag which means I can spend longer without emptying it.

I returned this product, the dirty water is not coming back to the return tank, I have to do that manually.The mapping is easy to do, also not clear map you will get.

Best machine

I bought it in April 2023, and used it for a month maximum.Have been keeping it aside since.It bugs, is easily disoriented, does not get where it is in the house, stops on a carpet while it is supposed to lift its mops, sees an object and instead of going around it it can be stuck on it.Today one of my friends told me they had encountered the same issues so I thought that I should write a review about it and contact the seller for manufacturing and programming issues.
