Worse belt ever
All I can see is this belt is awful, it literally made me bleed! The sides are so high, when you lift any decent amount of weight it’s just slices into you !! Also the it’s near impossible to get it to unlatch when you have finished your set !

Quite long
I found this belt to have quite a lot of material therefore should of opted for a smaller size. The belt itself provides good support when doing squats and deadlifts but does not compare to a leather one clip release. I like being able to release straight away and then tighten back up for another set but the way the velcro works means I am not able to with this belt.The belt itself is made well with no loose stitching, as it's velcro I do worry about the velcro being loose and full of hair or dust once used multiple times
