Because sensitive briefs are really soft. The also do not chafe you skin and it is really wonderful for sensitive skin.

I needed to find pull ups for sensitive skin since I have a hip surgery incision. I tried several that claimed to be sensitive but none really were. Until I tried these.I usually wear a medium or sometimes a large depending on the brand. But ordered XL in these because I didn't have good experiences with the other brands in a large.Low and behold these did not irritate my skin or incision! And I could have gone with a large but these were still okay. The seams didn't rub on sore spots and the leg openings weren't too tight. Manufacturers worry about making these leakproof but ignore comfort. Instead of adding extra absorbency to the leg openings they make them tighter. So when you sit down they either pinch or ride up. These didn't do that, the leg openings were a bit more padded.I will definitely be buying these again but maybe try a large. Very happy and worth the price.

Because of the adhesive on the back side of these, they do stay in place. In fact they stay in place so well that when you go to remove them they tear apart. What a problem this causes!!! Definitely I do NOT recommend.

I have sensitive skin so when I saw it about this product being for sensitive skin, I thought great let’s try it.first of all, it runs a little small compared to others. I normally wear at large. It’s very short wasted. The material is lovely. I will tell you that almost silky same with the absorbent area. I thought it was gonna be good now these are marked for nighttime, which should mean extra absorbent however they are not.I am having a problem where I have no control or feeling, but when I stand up The product is necessary. The product leaked immediately. There is nothing nighttime about it or daytime. If you have an issue like me you’re in trouble it’s gonna be seen that you’ve got a problem. I was home alone luckily testing this. My final issue with it is, my backside has started to break out already after only wearing them for a few hours. That is when they are completely dry so not a reaction to an accident.Sorry to say this product is a complete failure for me. The only thing is nice material. That’s not why I wear them. Save your money unless you only need them if you cough or sneeze.If you are going to buy them, remember that they are cut smaller size large usually fits me with room to spareI wish someone would make them with more of a boy leg on them. The brief cut is part of my problem with irritated skin

The quality of this underwear when bought directly from Because is the best I've found. It's nice to see that it's available from Amazon in a pinch. This underwear has the best comfort and especially absorbency that I've found over all the brands out there.

I love the softness of these disposables but I needed to go down a size. I needed a medium. I ordered the S/M but they were not big enough. I had to go back to the large.
