Assembled fairly easily while alone. Very sturdy and feels very comfy, especially on my back. Great all day when working from home.

Have to say, $650 for a chair is sorta crazy but lord I'm glad I did..... It's definitely worth it if you work from home or a semi gamer on the weekends. Just get it.

Easy assembly, completed by myself in less than 30 minutes. Comes with tool and hardware needed to put together. Very comfortable, I like the lumbar support feature. Looks great!! Very happy with purchase.

For the most part the build quality, assembly, functionality is all good for the price. And for some this will be an amazing chair.For me personally it was not a good fit. I found the lumbar support to be very uncomfortable mostly due to the fact it is not flush/flat against the back of the chair. I found my shoulders were not reaching the back of the chair unless I put in the effort to bend back to do so. While also feeling as though I was sticking my stomach out further then the rest of my body.I also found that because the support itself seems to "float" (is not attached besides a line down the middle) and can wobble left and right a bit it didnt give the impression of a solid seat or posture. Which this fact (how far forward this piece sits) isn't very accurately shown in any of the images or descriptions.Again this chair will be amazing for some.But for those with back and/or interior issues. Please find a way to try it first before or anticipate a return if you have found the review helpful or something to consider.

Quite comfortable, very ergonomic, esthetically pleasing visually, and customer service is good. Mine came with an odd anomaly where my right armrest won't lock in certain directions directly out of the box, I spoke with Razer support ASAP and they shipped me out a replacement armrest immediately. If I had to list a con I would say it's the pillow. A magnetic mounted pillow like the secret labs would have been better especially for the price you pay for this thing. Otherwise I'm please with this chair.

We have the first version of this chair and unfortunately some metal piece snapped off in the base and it was pass the warranty, so we ordered a new one. It's for my 27 year old son who isn't a gamer but is an artist and spends a lot of time on his computer. This chair is very well made and sturdy. Unfortunately we must have gotton a bad part in the first chair. The detail and improvements on the 2nd version is a nice improvement and overall my son is just as happy.
