I've been buying my cycling computers from iGPSport and decided to invest in the sports watch just so that I can get my heart rate transmitting onto my cycle computer much easily.The product worked for a number of weeks and then I started noticing that at times my workouts in the gym weren't being recorded or at times the watch would pause without the button being pressed. This happened on a number of occasions.I noticed that the pauses during cycling were due to the position of the dial button which is slightly above the wrist , This was also an issue when using cycling gloves, it would continuously pause the watch, the work around for this was to put the watch on my other hand which meant the dial button was no longer positioned at the bottom. This worked for the accidental pauses during cycling.Then I started experiencing the issue of the watch automatically restarting during workouts which led to a lot of sessions not being recorded. This happened on a number of occasions and was very frustrating. I endured this until one day the screen on the watch started flashing and then eventually it would just go blank and turn itself back on again with a full reset, that was when I had no option but to send it back.I actually loved the watch and enjoyed using it when it worked, the screen display is awesome and the ability to make phone calls from the watch was another thing I loved about the watch. At the time I believed I was getting a bargain with all the features that it boasted.With that said I'll still continue to buy their computer cycles and accessories but not the sports watch for now. I'm assuming that this was just a version one and they intend on enhancing the watch or brining out a newer version. I got my refund and went back to buy a Garmin which has always been reliable.I am totally gutted that the watch neve met my expectation as I had high hopes for the iGPSPORT LW10 Sports Smart Watch.
