Q: I received the comb and it works wonderfully but my antiscald sheild fell to pieces when i tried to put it on. How do i get a new one?

please request it by amazon message to ask for a new one

The antiscald need to be aligned with the comb and then slipped in gently.

Q: Does this hot combs temperature go up to 500 degrees?

No!!!!!! Don’t waste your money this comb is trash it does not straighten properly
