Appears to work, veins in arms, chest and legs are much more prominent. Very sharp citrus taste when mixed with water. If you use it with creatine it lessens the tang a bit, I mix with low cal cordial.

Quite disappointed about this. I have used citrulline + arginine combined supplements before, and they did give me a real boost in terms of physical energy. This particular supplement however is not giving me that extra gear I was looking for. The taste is ok, and sometimes I double dose, but I don't feel the same energetic effect. I am not sure whether you need to combine citrulline with arginine for optimal results or this product is not particularly effective

Mix 8g with arganine and you have the best pump product on the market
