Perfectly good safety pen needles
These are perfectly good 30G safety pen needles. The good ol' 100u or 50u syringes may work fine for some people, but these are safer and designed to work with a pen, so in my mind superior for most consumer use. People might quibble over 31G or 29G or 30G but let's be real. Choose the gauge that suits you and move on with your life. These things do exactly what they're supposed to do which is administer an accurate dose and prevent additional accidental pricks, which might be less of a concern in consumer home settings but is critical as heck in the clinical setting. So, if these suit your purpose, know that you're getting a high-quality product. We've used EasyTouch syringes in our clinic without incident, and they're consistently high-quality and reasonably priced. Cheers!

Very sharp, painless
Very sharp and painless to use. They are very safe. The needle is covered until you press down and the retractable cover slides out of the way and then the actual needle retracts inside. I can see where all these extra safety precautions might be desirable with children perhaps but, for the extra expense not worth it for me.

It works, I think
This is a case of fixing a problem that doesn't exist. For whatever reason, someone thought this to be a good idea, but the age-old standard has always worked and still does. The extra length of this needle has me concerned that part of the insulin injected is used to fill up the extra length instead of injecting. I have no idea of whether I used it right or not. It is supposed to have some kind of indicator to tell me that it's used, but I saw no change. The USPS delivered this in the rain and left it in the driveway to get soaked, so the box was destroyed and I have no idea of what special instructions may be printed there.

easy to use!
These are so easy to use! No worries about getting it wrong. I tried this out on a different insulin that is not on the list of approved and it somewhat worked but not completely. So check the list of approved brands and do NOT deviate from it and you should be good to go. Thankfully my father-in-law does use a flex pen so these will be used up in no time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👍😁👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A BIT MUCH
My daughter uses lancets from this company, so we decided to check out these pen needles as well. Ultimately, we decided to stick with her existing pen needles which are 31g. Not being entirely certain how this all works, we didn't want to risk injecting the wrong dose since there are 30g.Also, she deemed these pen needles very intimidating looking. What she's currently using works just fine. These may very well be overkill. Certainly they are not environmentally friendly. A lot of bonus plastic there.

Safe, smart needles but...
EasyTouch's newly redesigned needles are one-use and there's no way to override that, but IMHO, I've used a pen needle for multiple shots without problems. I know it's smart to be sterile, but really, unnecessary for a shot in the leg. This needle itself is recessed into a clear lid that allows the needle to be used once, and in that, it can almost never get bent or ruined. It's clean and a very good way to assure yourself that you changed the injector. I'm impressed with them: clean! Smart! And with a box of 100, enough. One thing: if you forget to change it after the last use, your medication may squirt out as it can't inject, so a potentially expensive flub.It is a case of overdesigning a basic use thing. Maybe you'll prefer this; I just want a sharp needle that I see and control and this sort of takes that away.
