This is a very nice high quality pitcher. It's made of thick durable plastic. One of the nice feature is that it can be placed standing up or laying on it's side in the fridge without leaking. It's also heat resistant so you can put hot water in it directly. The lid is the screw on type and the handle is integrated to the lid.

I ordered this Lustroware TwistServe Airtight Pitcher to fit into the door of my refrigerator and to hold Kool Aid securely (because if you spill Kool Aid, it stains, lol). So far the pitcher is working well, but the top can tend to over-tighten, which then apparently, leaves it open to spill. So, I have to be very mindful to position the cap verrry carrrefulllly-which is a slight pain because it seems that I am always doing ten things at once...Still, it is attractively designed, and, so far, has kept all of the brightly colored liquid sunshine Kool-Aid inside and safe from spilling into the fridge, or onto any surface when pouring. At $24.99 (at time of order/review), I thought it expensive for such an item, but after comparing it will other space-saving, non-spill-promising pitchers, I found the price to be in line with other offerings.I am crossing my fingers that it lives up to its promises of no leaks, but if it does not then I will update my review. So far, so good.

I've gone through who knows how many water pitchers. I'm like the Goldilock of water pitchers—some are too big, some are too small, some are too heavy, some are too light.This Lustroware pitcher, made in Japan, is what I've been seeking for years. It's under $25, but I'd put it in the "Buy it for Life" category.First thing I love about it—it's airtight. Air doesn't get in or out, meaning your beverages will stay fresher longer. If you take a milk carton and pour the milk in here, the milk will stay fresher longer.Second thing I love about it—it's watertight. Water simply doesn't get out, thanks to a silicone seal around the rim. It's perfect for travel, such as driving along bumpy roads. Even if it tips over the liquid will stay securely inside. Water also doesn't get in; if it's raining or you're in a humid place, your drink will remain completely unadulterated. You can store it vertically or horizontally in your fridge.Third thing—the size. At 70 ounces (2.1 liters) it contains the same amount of liquid as a 2 liter soda bottle, but for some reason it looks a lot more compact.Fourth thing—the handle. It's sturdy, and pours well, without sloshing or splashing.Fifth thing—it's made in Japan, so you know the workmanship and materials (BPA-free) are top notch and that the workers making this were treated properly.Sixth thing—it's dishwasher safe and handles even boiling water.There's not a whole lot not to like about this product. It quickly became my go-to pitcher. I used it to make a nice pitcher of lemonade, and I'll be using it regularly for Kool AId, infused water, smoothies, and whatever else I can think of.Highly recommended.

This summer has been hot, and when it is hot I drink a ton of iced tea so this pitcher has gotten a workout. This pitcher really works great. It fits perfectly into the door shelf of the fridge. It also easily seals completely so there are no spills. The square shape and perfect seal means you can put the pitcher on a shelf on its side when space in the fridge is tight. It cleans easily, and the handle is well designed making it easy to grab out of the fridge. Also, the spout is shaped properly so drinks never dribble down the side of the pitcher.

This is a simple pitcher that does what you want it to do. It does not leak and has a rectangular shape so you can put it horizontally in your fridge and it won't roll around. The rectangular shape also helps save space. The lid is only made up of two parts, so disassembling and cleaning them is not an issue. My only question is whether it is dishwasher and microwave safe. The Amazon page mentions multiple times that it can be used in the dishwasher and microwave, but the instructions that come with the pitcher say it is not. To be safe, I would avoid putting it in the dishwasher and microwave, since the instructions are not consistent.

I was looking for a good pitcher to hold home brewed iced tea and other drinks that wasn't a large gallon sized pitcher. The action for opening and closing the lid to pour is easy and when closed is airtight. The handle is easy to grip and the pitcher is nicely shaped to fit easily in the fridge door for quick access.It's a little pricey but well worth it for the quality of the materials. Excellent quality plastic that you can pour boiling water into to steep tea, well thought out design, and easy to take apart to clean. This is a pitcher that should last a long time with constant use.

This is Lustroware's best pitcher and possibly mine. In my rotation of pitchers I have a favorite pitcher for water and that is my large mason jar with a plastic lid. It has a great pour, and I mean it feels good when pouring great tasting water. But this model by Lustroware is now neck and neck with my mason jar pitcher. It also has a good pour but I feel like should I drop it one day that it will not break and spill all over the place, and that gives me peace of mind. I love the tall design it feels smart like it's all class. It's easy to clean as it has three parts that are easy to assemble/disassemble. This is an exceptional pitcher that will not disappoint. Five stars all the way for Lustroware!
