Delicious!
Very tasty treat, and very good for health, and much less expensive than comparable products. These sell in my local grocery stores for more than $7 for tiny packages. Here you get a pound for $20. These are individual cloves of regular garlic rather than the single clove/bulb type, and have a very rich flavor. You'll love this stuff.

Great quality and Taste
I tried this version of black garlic to use in stews . I heard that you can eat these so I tried. The garlic flavor is not over the top and it has a slight sweet flavor. The product was exactly as described but it is not for me. I prefer theBlack garlic already dried. This has nothing to do with the product itself. Quality was great. Size is great but I haven’t figured out how to cook with this. I love experimenting with flavors.

Black garlic is worth the but
Delicious black garlic. Super soft and so worth the money for the amount of cloves you get in the bag. I've been trying to find black garlic in stores and I couldn't seem to find it anywhere.
