The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome. It’s pretty lightweight & came fast. I’m not even sure what kind of black magic they use to get the ice to freeze so fast, but I had ice within 15 minutes… and a lot. The ice holder area is pretty big, so it makes & holds a ton of ice. We love it.

I’m really impressed with this ice maker machine! It was delivered quickly and safely, and it works perfectly. One of the standout features is the ability to adjust the thickness of the ice, which is great for customizing it to our needs. This is definitely a fantastic choice for restaurant use.The only improvement I’d suggest is that the user manual could be clearer. We spent a little time figuring things out, but once we got the hang of it, everything worked smoothly. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our purchase and confident in its quality.

The media could not be loaded. The ice and water function on our fridge broke, so we've been trying countertop ice makers, but they don't hold up. We've been through several in a few years and decided it was time to try something different. We chose this one and it's a great fit. The ice maker was full, and we used it to filled a 5 gallon water jug. The ice filled it up about half way. We added 3 gallons of water, and it was almost completely full. So, essentially, there were about 2 gallons worth of water turned ice in in the maker.This ice machine is huge, for a home machine. That's a comparison to the many countertop machines we've had. But, in the big picture, it's not that big. It measures about 15" deep x 20" wide, making easy to fit in many places. It looks nice enough to be in a home. It doesn't look like a commercial piece of equipment.IT DOES REQUIRE A WATER SUPPLY LINE AND DRAIN. I looked all over for this info before I ordered it and it took me forever, so I thought I'd add that in case others were wondering the same thing. You cannot just pour water in a reservoir. Since we're using it at home, we had to get creative. After trial and error, we found the right fit. We got a simple T splitter and put it under a sink. Then we ran a line through the wall to the garage to get the water to it. (Note here: Do not try to use a garden hose or a "taste-free" RV drinking water. They do not work. The ice tastes awful!) Then we built a stand for it to sit on. This makes it easier for adults to get ice out of it, and it allowed us to put a 5 gallon bucket underneath for the drain. When the bucket gets close to full, we use it to water our pets or our garden. I love that we can recycle the water rather than just waste it.You can choose how solid your ice is. If you push and hold set for 3 seconds, it will start blinking with a number. You can choose between 1 and 30. That's how many minutes it will freeze before the machine starts pushing the ice out into the bin. I like this feature. We can use it at 11 (chewy, but still going to keep drinks cold for a while) when we're using it for everyday drinks, but then we can boost it up higher when we want to fill an ice chest and keep it cold for longer.The machine isn't super quiet, but it isn't super noisy either. Granted, ours is in the garage and we don't have to listen to it while in the house.The price of this machine is much less than the countertop ones that didn't even last a year. They were nugget ice, yes, and this one is square cubes, but it is a commercial machine I thought would be more expensive. We're very happy with what we got for the price.

Unfortunately it doesn’t make ice. Just leaks water. It’s huge so it’s going to be a pain to return

Stainless steel protection coating is supposed to peel right off. However, the manufacturer left the coating on when they press bent the panels. Once the unit was put together, the coating wraps around the panel and prevents you from peeling off the coating completely. What you get are jagged edges of left over coating.I was forced to take the thing apart to get all of the coating off. great addition to my home/bar setup. It produces a large amount of ice—up to 100 lbs in 24 hours—which easily meets my needs for parties and daily use. The 34 lbs storage bin is a nice size and keeps the ice handy without needing constant refills.really like the sleek stainless steel design; it fits perfectly under the counter and looks professional. The machine runs quietly, which is a big plus for indoor use.The instructions needs to be more clear for access to the settings for changing Ice cube size. Had to guess on what number to set until I got my correct ice size.
