Had two outdoor faucets develop leaks during a cold snap with single digits. Luckily they were not catastrophic breaks but obviously my foam and plastic wrap with a 13-gallon trash can for cover did not suffice. My faucets come up from the ground and stand about 15” high, these deep insulating covers did the trick and no new leaks. Have protected the faucets down to 12-degrees. Easy slip on installation but if you have squirrels or varmints use a trash can so they don’t get shredded

It's the largest one I could find and it fit perfectly. I also purchased a 3m cover that had heavier fabric and thicker insulation but it was simply too small. This one fit. I'm giving it 4-stars to encourage the manufacture to make it a little more heavy duty.

Happy with everything, (except the tie broke off first time) Using zip tags, work fine. This is solving a frozen outdoor faucet problem, AND it looks good!

My main problem was snow and rain freezing up the handle on the hydrant. Got the cover this morning. 16 degrees today with snow falling. At feeding time 5 hours after installing the handle was not frozen. The 10 inches wide fit the hydrant perfect. Had been using a feed bag to cover it. The black material will help also as it will absorb the heat from the sun.

Very cheap product. The exterior is a plastic and absorbent material but should rather repel. The insulation piece is very thin and lacking. This product alone is not enough to protect your pipes. Do not invest in these covers if your city goes under freezing, as these specific covers are not enough.

After everything else failed to keep my spigot from freezing these worked perfect.

This is not an all in one cover as there is only a thin plastic on the nozzle endyou must apply a regular insulation cover over the nozzle

Fits great over a large farmer’s faucet in our barn. Had an issue with that faucet freezing before using this cover and now that we’re using it the faucet is not freezing. It’s been a great purchase.
