I definitely recommend this little lamp. I love that it has a setting for blue light or white light - I always use the blue and as soon as I turn it on on a cloudy day, it gives me an immediate little "boost" and makes me feel as though I have a little piece of blue sky indoors. I have received compliments from others on what a pretty shade of blue it is. It has been a lifesaver during the Winter and also during the pandemic when I have not been able to spend as much time outdoors as I usually do. Very glad I bought this!!!

I was nervous picking out a light for treating seasonal depression. Turns out this was a good pick. The light is bright, and can optionally be switched to a pure blue color if you don't want a blinding white light in front of you -- supposedly it's just as good for treating SAD. There's a built-in timer that can be set to different lengths, and a little display shows how much time is left. I've being able to turn it on in the morning and just forget about it while I go about my business.But most importantly, for me at least, this lamp doesn't feel cheap. If it's going to be on my work desk, I expect it'll go crashing to the floor at least a couple times in its life and I'm sure this thing will survive just fine.

Really like this lamp! It has both the white and blue light which I believe is really helping me both with my mood and my aches and pains! The only complaint is that it doesn’t have any stand. The picture shows a metal bar stand but it doesn’t come with it. That is misleading and a disappointment

Arrived quickly and works great. Love the timer feature and the fact that it has white or blue light options. You can also adjust the brightness. Works just as good as my other two lights from well known companies.

I like the two color option. The blue light is much more tolerable than the white light.

Within 3 days of use, I noticed a drastic improvement in mood and emotion. People who are truly affected by SAD need only do this from 15 to 30 mins a day to reap the benefits. The "blue" light feature is nice as well.

I didn't seem to get the benefits that people/science? reports from this. It was also hard to use, and I felt like I was being blinded when using it. I wish I hadn't spent the money and done a bit more reading on the subject. I hope it works for folks, since depression, esp S.A.D. is no joke. The search continues!

It worked great for one winter. Now it won’t turn on.
