**Updated **We decided to give these a second chance as we understand there can be bad days for products. Instead of requesting a refund, we requested a replacement set and received it the next day. After installation of this second set, we drove about 6 miles doing no more than 45 miles per hour again, at the end of the drive BOTH antlers were bent at more then a 45 degree angle, with one of them starting to crack. So this time we are returning and getting a refund, and will not order these again.**Original post**We ordered this reindeer set and installed the antlers on our vehicle on Monday night. We drove our vehicle on Tuesday for about 10 miles at speeds no faster than 45 miles per hour. We we arrived home we found that BOTH antler's ribbons had come undone (even after we had tightened the knots before installing) and BOTH antler's plastic bases had cracked at the bottom (not the part that slips over the window, but the part that the antler attaches to), leaving both antlers at a 45 degree angle. We are in process of return/refund request. Very disappointed...

They did not send the redesign product with the 90 degree angle plastic as shown in the picture. The plastic is flat and $85 worth of antlers snapped off because they cracked the second I put them on. Unacceptable! The picture is not the product given. I ordered another two pair as I thought maybe I made the wrong order. Just about 10 minutes ago, I received another pair that are not true to the picture and cannot work with my cars or any cars for that matter.

We absolutely loved our Reindeer Antler Car Decoration Kit. The problem is that when you roll down the window, the item blows away as a result of the force of the wind. We bought this item to decorate a vehicle we user for Uber. People really love the red nose. I really love that the antlers light up. A great 2018 redesign option.

This new redesign sucks! The window clip is too close so that it cracks and bends against the car when you close the door and after trying to fix them they flew off while I was driving. Poor construction and cheap materials. So disappointed in this product and waste of my money!

These lasted about 3 weeks. The act of driving shredded them. The ribbons and bells on them blew off almost immediately. The lights shorted out after it rained. Basically, these are junk.

This is dumb! It was assembled backward so the only way to install it would have made the lights face the roof where they couldn’t be seen. I decided to use them any way and then had to deal with multiple people telling me they were backwards, then trying to explain something to me that I already knew... they suck.Have you ever had to repeat the same comeback to multiple strangers who are trying to help... at Christmas... in a parking lot... with your children. Think of the children!!!!Don’t buy this one, pay the extra couple of dollars for the one made right.

We ordered this for some friends who were visiting from Europe and had never seen such a thing. We were hopeful it would arrive before they left to fly home. In fact it arrived a couple of days early (even with the holiday mail). They said it was exactly what they hoped and will be unique in their home country. Their young sons even had fun playing with the lighted "antlers" so they are not just for the car!

Didn’t fit my SUV window (2017 Acadia). Can’t close windows with then installed so that lights are facing outward.Thought they were defective, so ordered another pair that were exactly the same.Zoomed (extreme zoom) in on the pictures on the selling site and the windows are cracked to make it fit.Loved the lights and that most other’s don’t light up. Hated there fit!
