Easy Matchstick Carrots
Just what I was looking for. I have been using a grater to shred carrots for salads and stir-frys, but it's really better to have them in matchsticks. Maybe it's just me, but cutting carrots into matchsticks with a knife is very time consuming. With this tool I can get through a whole carrot much quicker. Not too much left to cut with the knife either.

Reliable shredder for carrots/papaya salad
Love this for shredding carrots and green papaya. When it dulls, Ill order another unless there is a more sustainable option. The grip feels sturdy and comfortable and the color/aesthetic goes with my other oxo kitchen aids.

Couldn’t get hang of it
This did not work so well for me. Perhaps there is some trick to it but it didn’t create the nice ribbons I expected.
