The quality of the pack should be improved. Looks like an ordinary product but the cost is high

Third class supplement and let me tell you why - recommend dose of B12 is 500 mcg for a normal person and this has 2.2 mcg/ tablet ( you can get 500 mcg tablet at a govt. medicine store for Rs 12). Recommend dose of B6 is 50 mg and this has 1.9 mg.and it is not even P-5-P ( the most bioavailable form). Just to get 300 mg folate, I paid around 1300. 😂 Don't buy this overpriced supplement at all!!

I had tingling sensation in my hands and numbness sometimes. Started taking Palak's B12 supplements and dwelling much better. Energy levels are good, font feel sleepy after lunch as I take 2 chews after lunch! Being a vegetarian, taking a good bioabsorbable b12 is a must. Palak's B12 supplement is highly recommended
