This is the best mop floor I ever bought. I am done with smiley products that makes everyone getting headaches.I was skeptical at first to buy it. Now I am very satisfied. Great quality. Very easy to use had a powerful steam. Cleans very strongly even stains from 12 years ago. The attachments are easy to put. The level of water is not marked. Use your judgement. I use up to fillig door.thsnks black and decker for coming up with this marvelous product. Thanks Amazon for selling it. No house should y without it.

For the price, this is a nice little steam mop. It was very easy to put together. For a small floor, the little water tank probably holds enough water to get the job done. But I have a large kitchen floor, and it took filling up the little tank twice. But it's so easy, that's not a problem. It's easy to watch the water level. It heats up quickly and is ready to go. The cord could be a little longer, but for a small floor, it's probably just right. I like that the pad, which attaches by velcro, is washable and reusable. The mop is lightweight and it swivels, making turns easier. And it has a low profile. It is quiet, with only the sound of the steam going. I was damp-mopping my kitchen floor, but this mop is a whole lot easier, and I got finished a whole lot faster. My floor is probably a whole lot cleaner too! The pad showed how much dirt it got up. I think it took longer for my floor to dry, than it did for me to actually mop it! (It does get hot, so be careful!)

My old squeegy mop bit the dust a couple of weeks ago, so it's safe to say my floors were filthy. I found this Black & Decker model for not much more than a replacement squeegy. It is a base model but I would have like to see a better way to wind the cord when not in use and you need to lay the unit flat to fill with water, I would have liked a top full water tank. That being said, the steam mop is light weight and easy to maneuver, The swivel head makes it easy to get into tight spaces. It heats up quickly and steam is available almost immediately. I couldn't believe how easily it cleaned all my very dirty floors, so much quicker and easier than my old mop. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this model.

Very good steam mop, the price is very good, easy to use and we like the Velcro pads, it maneuvers very good around furniture, very strong steam, I added a 25 foot extension cord and that made the wife very happy, it needs a lower arm to wind extension cord but that was no problem for me, I took a clamp and a piece of band metal and added one to it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It cleans great, but I'm only giving it three stars because of the port to add the water into is incredibly difficult to get water into to clean! You have to literally lay it flat, use something with a pour spout (unless you want water all over your floor!) and hope for the best. It cleaned my floors well, but there's no way to wrap the cord up, it just hangs. Overall, I'd recommend spend the money and get a Shark.

I like this. Wish it had better steam output but it is easy to use. Looks nice. Holds enough water for me to clean the areas of my small apartment.No chemicals needed.
