Extremely entertaining
This game is extremely portable, so it’s easy to take to your next game night at the library or your dorm. The artwork is really lovely, and makes it easy to tell one player’s cards from another’s. The instructions are also incredibly simple - I was able to explain them to my parents, brother and sister-in-law in a little over five minutes, and even if they had difficulty understanding what I was trying to convey, they all still had the gameplay figured out by the end of the second round.I feel like I should give a heads up that this game is, at its core, a bluffing and strategy game. If you’re uncomfortable with younger kids learning bluffing games like poker - where your objective is to trick your opponents into thinking they’re safe, or not as the case may be - this might not be the right fit for your family. Also - and this is my only real complaint about the game - this game allows for a maximum of six players at a time, so unless you have multiple different games going at once, it’s not ideal for larger groups. However, if you enjoy games involving trying to out-think or out-bluff your opponents, this game is a ton of fun, easy to learn, and it doesn’t require keeping track of a hundred separate pieces when it comes time to put it away (looking at you, poker chips and dnd dice).

Pricey, but WORTH IT.
I first played this at a local game night and loved it. I’m a HUGE fan of Liar’s Dice (which this is conceptually similar to) and immediately added Skull to my Wish List. It’s a game simple enough that my 6yo can play with us (he’s not great, but he can play) but deep enough that gamer-heavy bluffing/strategy junkies can play for hours.Games are quick. Generally you’re looking at 15-20 mins each. Each player gets four discs. Three have flowers, one has a skull. When it comes around to your turn you can secretly play a disc (either kind) or start the bidding. When you bid you’re bidding how many flowers you can flip over one at a time without finding a skull. The catch? You have to flip over all of your own, first! So playing flowers is the only way to actually win, but it also allows your opponents to potentially win. So there’s lots of false bidding (where someone puts down a skull and bids anyhow to drive the bid up while looking safe) and bluffing and mind games flying fast. Be successful flipping over flowers twice and you win. Find a skull and you’ll lose a disc. You can win with the least number of discs at the table and you can lose with all your discs still in-hand.The box comes with enough discs (and coasters to track whether you’ve won a round yet or not) for six people. Could you technically play this with red/black poker cards? Yes. ...but I’ll fly and travel with these discs ANY DAY of the week. (And I’m a magician, so I always have cards on me already!) The tactile feel of the chunky discs and the truly sublime artwork elevates this game from a fantastic bit of fun to an unforgettable, incredible experience. Look, it’s not cheap for a game that’s only giving you 30 pieces of cardboard and a short booklet of rules, but if my set got ruined tomorrow I’d buy another in a heartbeat.

Excellent Game
It's a little hard to explain to new players, but easy to get once you understand it. Great game to travel with as it requires little space to carry or play. Due to the nature of the game it can be over quickly or take a long time. It can technically even be stopped for a decent length of time and then picked back up. It's best played with people you know, but can also be fun if you don't know your opponents tendencies. Win by either being the last player standing or by winning out right. Can be played by a large age range my 4 year old nephew sort of gets the idea of the game, but plays with an adult. My 9 year old niece adores it.

Pretty looking and fun
I personally love the art and colors on these tiles. I think it just looks amazing. With the game being very easy to learn and imo a lot of fun. I think the price is perfectly acceptable for this game at $20. Product came in fine packaging, I love the box it comes in and it is a great size to just store away with ease. My biggest issue for say monopoly is storing it in a place I am not too lazy to fetch while also not taking up space in a place I'd rather not. This game is a deceptively small box compared to the image, fits with ease in my ottoman and even couch pockets.I see other reviews complain about the product being like peeled and another about too expensive for quality. I can say my unit came with 0 damage and it actually looks like it would be hard to damage after the break away, it is the initial break away that is the risk. I would not consider this cheap for price. It is very nice color with a good ink and strong cardboard underneath. Sure looking at material cost I could see the argument for much cheaper but look at other board games. Almost all are expensive, to me this is cheap for a fun game with friends.

An excellent party game that is super quick to teach and to play!
After playing this for the first time, I knew I had to go get a copy for myself. In fact, I picked up TWO copies so that I could play with even more people!Skull is a fun little bluffing/press-your-luck game that plays up to 6 people (if you only have one copy). The game can be unpacked and played in about a minute. Kids or adults can play the game easily enough, and it only takes about 15 minutes to play a game (depending on player count). It always gets a few laughs and jibes and is a good game to introduce to "non-gamers."
