Item arrived in perfect condition. Do I have any idea if it's helping me? No. But have been using this and several other supplements for a few decades. Would I be better off not taking them? Somehow, I don't think so. I READ about each and every vitamin and supplement BEFORE buying. Carlyle appears to be a good brand.

I just start to talks it but is not smell bad or taste bad or strong look like normal vitamin easy to take I can’t say any big difference with other ones this is why I give them 3 stars nothing bad
