They work fine but are very bitter
This works fine; I take 2 softgels per day as I am using Mounjaro, they keep things moving along but the softgels are horribly bitter, so much so I’m thinking about trying another brand.

Bought this for my mom and I haven’t noticed a big help. She’s a renal failure so these types of pills are a must. It works ok but it’s not like a laxative.
