Item was new in box with all promo/literature you would expect from a big box store, and saving about 25% on price. This is the biggest hand held impact Milwaukee offers and it delivers the nutbusting torque it promises on the box. I handled rusted lugnuts like they were playschool toys, removed stuck on harmonic balancers like they were wingnuts holding a child's swing set together. As a dealership mechanic, I was hesitant to join the electric 1/2" impact party, but I finally took the plunge with this absolute beast. Equipped with red forge batteries, I've been using it for a week now and the batteries are still going strong at about half life. This tool effortlessly removes Honda crank bolts with a regular 19mm impact, making my job much easier. Unlike my old Snapon air 1/2", I no longer need a weighted socket to tackle those bolts. I recently purchased this tool primarily for removing lug nuts, and I must say that it delivers a very nice impact considering its price point. It works great for that purpose. However, when I tried using it on my nephew's Duramax to loosen the harmonic balance pulley bolt, it didn't quite have the power needed for that task. Despite this limitation, I still believe it is a great product overall.

Works great, I have several other Miliwaukee tools that use the same battery so it was a no brainer for me to get this one and I have not been disappointed. Much easier to use than an air tool and thus far has worked great on lugnuts, pulley nuts and so forth.

I tell you what, this son of a gun will make any tight bolt or nut wish it wasn't born. I haven't ran into a bolt that thos s.o.b hasn't gotten off. The torque this thing provides is off the charts, and the different settings helps you not over torque things. One of the best tool purchases i have made in a long while!
