No regrets at all 😊
The best pots and pans I have ever had. Don't know why I waited so long to purchase them. OMG the ease of cleaning is great. Would recommend to all.

best non-stick pan
My husband wipes on a bit of oil and fries an egg. It slides out and is easy to clean. Just wipe with a paper towel and wash in soapy water; no scrubbing.

The best ceramic nonstick pan I have bought so far, and I have bought many brands.
This Ecolution Endure ceramic pan (with a copper color) is the best ceramic nonstick pan I have bought so far, and I have bought many brands in the past 40+ years of cooking. I own 2 of these pans (of 2 different sizes), and after using them for 7+ months several times a week, there is NOT a single crack, scratch, dent, warp, bend, or visible wear or damage. There are very easy to clean, and I am very careful to only clean them by hand and with only soap and water and a sponge. I typically use 2 different types of spatulas when cooking: a stiff plastic spatula and a stiff silicon spatula. I also only use pure OIL or BUTTER on these pans; never do I use a silicon spray on these pans. I followed the manufacturer's instructions to clean and "prep" these pans (with oil).

Happy with it.
Nice small pan for cooking eggs or browning small batches of things.

This is an excellent non-stick pan for the price
This is an excellent non-stick pan for the price. First, it is free of the nasty chemicals that infect many non-stick pans and technologies (instead using a ceramic-based non-stick surface). Second, it actually is non-stick (not always true for pans advertised as such).Third, the pan itself is well made in terms of the cooking surface, the base (heat conduction), and the handle--nothing is loose or chintzy. Fourth, it cleans up with little effort--generally only need water and a paper towel to dry it. Finally, and I have yet to try this, it is oven safe up to 375 F. While this is a tad lower than for some others (e.g., those with the unwanted chemicals in them), it is fine for keeping things warm and even for finishing the top of a frittata. I bought the 8-inch diameter pan, which is perfect for cooking for two, but I would like to have a 10-inch and perhaps even a 6-inch diameter pan of the same design to serve other cooking needs (larger and smaller quantities, respectively).

Heavy-duty and good quality
I tried the Gotham Steel Pro pans from Costco (induction base), then bought a full set thinking the entire Pro line was induction capable. It isn't. After looking at other sets, this set looked interesting. After receiving it, I'm thrilled! It's heavy-duty (the pans won't bend in shipping or deform from rough use), induction capable (no idea why someone else had a problem with that), VERY non-stick (keep them in the recommended temperature range to get a good life from them), and look GOOD in that "copper" color. This is my second ceramic-coated induction cookware set. I probably damaged the ceramic on my first set by running the temperature too high (wish I had done some research on ceramic coatings first). Luckily, they weren't expensive, so they were a "starter" set. After using this Ecolution set multiple times the first weekend, I have high hopes for the life of this set. I just wish they offered a "chef's pan"/saute pan with lid. I may have to purchase the 11" fry-pan as a make-do and hope to find a lid that fits.I recommend this set to anyone who is looking for a good-quality cookware set. Just keep the temperature within the recommended range and you should be fine.2022: I see there is now a 12.5" diameter, 2" deep fry pan with lid. That plus the 11" griddle are my next purchases.
