I do longer endurance rides on the bike and a bit of running too. I don't drink enough when I’m on the bike in particular, and often feel very tired and sore muscles. The powder in these sachets mixes well with water and tastes good. The texture of the water changes to a slightly thicker liquid, but it is still easy to drink. I’ve noticed that I feel better when I take one of these sachets when I get home. My legs feel less sore and I’m not reaching for a drink every 5 minutes. These are a good addition to my fitness routine.

I wish I found these sooner.Massive reduction of cramps.I used to suffer cramp all the time, but since taking one sachet a day, the cramps have 99% gone. The strawberry smell fantastic when you open the sachet, and taste as good as they smell.I pop one of these in a small bottle of water when I wake up, and drink the entire bottle straight away. If I am playing golf in the sun, I will take a bottle with a sachet already poured in, and drink it once I've finished the front 9 ready for the back 9.These really do make so much of a difference. Highly recommend these.I haven't tried the other flavours yet so I can't comment on their taste.

Effective in maintaining hydration levels, I noticed less of an urge to use the bathroom after drinking half a litre of this. Only negative is it’s very sugary. I recommend adding to a litre of water instead of 500ml so it’s more diluted

Can’t really comment on the effectiveness of it as personally I thought the taste was awful, unfortunately it has been a waste of money as I will either give it away or throw it out. Disliked it that much!

Really love these - I’m regularly feeling dehydrated as I sweat a lot. These really help me with combating this and a great pick me up.
