Feels nice on my neck. It is not too thick. Very comfortable

It has helped neck pain when I travel in the car!
It seems to be bit tall. I have a shorter neck and it comes up past my ears. It is almost like having a neck brace on. However, it has helped my neck not to hurt when I travel. I am very happy about that!

Lack of quality control
Only when I was in the plane, did I open my new neck pillow. The velcro was not adhered to the other side of the pillow, so I was left with an open pillow that couldn't do it's job of supporting my head and neck. Very disappointing.

Helped me to sleep better on the plane, then my other pillows. Lots of neck support. I only gave it 4 stars because the Velcro at times would scratch my chin.
