Delicious and must have
Heard that teen’s behaviour is often depends on hidden hunger. That’s why you should give them vitamins and support their growth and changes. Love these vitamins for my daughter. After taking them she is more calm and when we spoke a dose I see her mood swings and understand that we missed the vitamin.

Quality multivitamin
This brand's multivitamin specifically for teenage girls contain important nutrients needed for their growth. It does stick to the teeth and is pretty gummy but tastes alright.

Good flavor, too much Vit D [SmartyPants Teen Girl Multivitamin Gummies 60 Count (30 Day Supply)]
These vitamins have a citrusy – passion fruit flavor to them that is more sophisticated than a typical kid's gummy. There is a little bit more chalkiness too that is hidden by the strong flavor and soft sweetness. My picky 10 yr old tried it and surprised me by really enjoying it. The only difference I could find between SmartyPants Teen Girl and her regular kid vitamins is that the kid vitamin has pantothenic acid. Otherwise, SmartyPants contains several more supplements than what she usually gets, and I'm really pleased to see that it has lutein and zeaxanthin too in it, which is really beneficial for eyes as our family is not blessed with the best eyesight. I actually wish that there was less Vitamin D (800 IU/250% DV) as it is fat soluble, so excess does not flush out like a water-soluble vitamin. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements only recommends 600 IU for ages 1-70. And as my kid is active in sports (like many others), she does get plenty of sunlight already, I don’t know if she really needs the extra. I’d give these 5 stars otherwise.
