Bought this to reduce swelling caused by prepatella bursitis. Great product. Wasn’t expecting it to be so good. The soft lining makes it comfortable and clever Velcro straps hold it in place even if you walk with it on. (Although supposed to rest my leg while using it.) I have ordered an ankle one for my partner as I was so impressed with the knee gel pack.

My wife had total knee replacement surgery recently and she used these Newgo knee ice packs as part of the rehab program as instructed by her physiotherapist. On the 3rd week she walked without crutches. The physio described her progress as outstanding. She followed the rehab excersise's to the letter and she says that these Newgo knee packs played a major part in helping relieve the pain and recovery. These knee pads are high quality and easy to apply and remove. She wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very good cooling wrap. I've given it 4 stars only because it is very harsh on a newly operated new knee joint. The plastic is firm on my operation joint. I'll be sticking to the frozen peas for a few more days The straps are very secure and I'm sure will be good and firm for walking around later on and are long enough for most people. So all in all a good buy for me to use in a few weeks time but not at the moment.

I love this thing. I've had knee pain for several months due to an arthritic kneecap. Along with using sports tape for support, this pack has been invaluable to give pain relief while at work in a busy kitchen.I chose an XL one, which I think was a wise move. I can stick it over my uniform pants for speedy relief and because it stays comfortably in place, I can continue to work with it on.It's very comfortable and stays cold for a surprisingly long time. It comes with a press and seal bag to keep your icepack tidy and in good condition when in the freezer, which I really appreciate.I would recommend and would certainly buy again, indeed I might, so that I also have one available at home.

Looks a well made German design.Feels good and fits my knee perfectly well.100% better than using a bag of frozen peas.Noticed a difference after one use, day of delivery 19/06/2025Time will now tell how it wears.

No complaints about quality, however, I didn’t find it ideal size for a 75kg woman’s knee. It comes out of the freezer firm- Recommend you shape it around a frozen water bottle.Once it warms enough to shape well to the knee, it doesn’t stay cold for more than one 20min session. Buying 2 is a bit expensive - there are better alternatives for that price
